How can I get technical support for Diamond Scheduler?
Besides watching the movie listed above, a majority of questions that I receive can be answered by going through the tutorial document included with Diamond Scheduler. To veiw that document, click the Start button > All Programs > Diamond Scheduler > How to Schedule. If you can not find a satisfactory answer there, please contact me by e-mailing jhall@cactusware.com or by completing the contact form.

What's the quickest way to register?
If you need the program quickly, your best bet is to order using a credit card via secure server connection through PayPal or one of the other credit card services we use. You will find the links at www.cactusware.com/order.htm. Ordering via credit card will cost you an additional $5 to cover expenses of the credit card transaction. Once your order has been approved, the credit card company emails me the order and I send you a password. This is guaranteed to occur within 12 hours, usually much sooner.

If you prefer to save 5 dollars, you can order via email by using the form at www.cactusware.com/register.htm or use the form within the program under the Help file menu. If you order by mail, you simply send me a check for $70.

Are upgrades free?
Yes. They're guaranteed to be free within a version. For instance, if you register on version 6.01, it will be free until the last version of 6.x.

May I have the program on multiple computers in the league?
Yes. You may have the program on up to three computers, as long as you're solely sharing the password within your league. You may not, however, share the password with anyone outside your league and no person within the league may use the password for a different league. It is a league-specific password.

How many teams can I schedule with Diamond Scheduler?
There is a limit of 30 teams per division on round robin scheduling. If your scheduling needs require you to schedule more, you can over-ride the 30-team limit. However, greater than 30 teams is not officially supported. Up to 16 teams can be scheduled using single or double elimination brackets.

Since the demo doesn't allow one to export reports to HTML, what do those reports look like?
You can see some sample reports here: Sample HTML Reports
